'In the Dark of the Valley' recognized at the Catalina Film Festival

In the Dark of the Valley continued it's festival run at the Catalina Film Festival, taking home the award for 2021 Best Documentary - the festival’s top prize in the documentary category.

The film earned the ‘Best of Fest’ title against 28 other feature documentary films.


In the Dark of the Valley also won Best Documentary at the Phoenix Film Festival, as well as Best Documentary, Best Director and Best Editing at the Angeles Documentaries festival.


The film’s next in-person screening will take place on Friday, October 8th at 5:00pm at the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.


It will then screen at the Ojai Film Festival in Ojai, California on Friday, November 14th at 10:00am. Ticket information can be found at the links below.
